Can you believe that I have not stopped buzzing about Gert-Johan Coetzee’s neon pink collection from South African Fashion Week AW 2014!? I know, it’s like I am a man with sudden fondness for flowsy floor-length fuschia garments held in a stylishly fitted position by a laser-cut Perspex bustier. I now know for a fact that there is absolutely no chance that I could be falling out of love with this collection because the dearest lover of my fashion heart that is Eunice Driver has recently photographed the range in an astonishing manner which showcases the fabric’s motion beautifully. I die for the waving hemline masterfully draped in the air whilst models hold still, yet whimsical poses for the camera. And that backdrop… my gosh that toon-esque backdrop reminds me of an aged castle’s hallways –very Snow White and the Huntsman, except this time around Snowwie is fully grown and she #WERQs chic in ways chic is yet to be #WERQed. Lovely stuff!!!
